Saving energy through efficient heating systems
One of our households have now decided to replace the entire floor heating system. Known, is the main power consumers of a heating, the circulating pump. The current device is not adjustable and it therefore runs continuously. With a power consumption of 95 watts, the consumption adds up quickly. The primary problem here is that the circulating pump due to the modular construction is not readily interchangeable.
Since the heater is several years old, has the budget decided by financial initiative to make a complete replacement of the heating.
The key to the Electricity Consumption of unnecessary old heating system is a system with a controllable pump. This comes automatically with the help of a magnetic switch only when necessary operation. Here, the pump provides an output depending on the requirements of 5-11 watts. In addition, a water heater in the kitchen was for water heating discussed, but that it is ultimately for ecological reasons, not be implemented. Simply by replacing the old pump, an energy savings of around 28% in our household would be possible. Favors a model of the company Brötje (WBC type 22/24 D). The gas boiler provides 4.9 to 22 kW. The gas consumption at full load is 2.5 m 3 / month.
Unfortunately, due to the high financial cost more Saving measures, such as here and as a further energy saving lamp, rather restricted to implement. We will see that free energy can be reduced by savings in consumption.
